Overview
A thick LED ring hung on fine cables at the center of a three-level rotunda lobby, wound with slow bands of color.
A rotunda already draws people toward its center. A ring keeps that center open. Hung on fine cables beneath the skylight, the torus is lit on every face, top, underside, inner and outer, as one continuous surface. It reads the same from the stone floor and from each glass balcony above. Wide bands of navy, amber and white wind around it at a slow angle.
