Overview
An LED sphere of approx. 33 ft suspended in a steel-and-glass atrium, showing the night side of the Earth from orbit.
A sphere leaves nowhere to hide: every module is curved, and the image has to hold together from every side. Here it hangs above an oak gallery, the night side of the Earth turning slowly across it as city lights come on. The same object can carry an ocean, the moon or a season's campaign. It can be suspended from the roof structure or set on a plinth.
